As a responsible in one of our stores, you will be in charge for the following aspects:
Product Management
Suiting collections to customer’s tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the store .

Setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the store.
Personnel management
Helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the store; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods.
Daily responsibilities include:
1. Preparation for shop opening: responsibility, alarm system, lighting, air-condition, music; control the closing standard, also window, regular security check
2. Organize & Control of replenishment (morning & manual), control the floor stock back during the business hours
3. Assist a manager in exchanges, refunds and customer complaints, maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales
4. Daily section briefing, application of the daily rota
5. Pervious preparation to receive the delivery, control of the albaran, organize the delivery process fully
6. Prepare and practice all the orders, know the distribution system, understand the reports
7. Well known all the sales data of the department- the collections, subfamilies, best selling items, stock level & rotation
8. Understanding of trend & collection concept of new season and the pilot store instructions, keep updating & Teach Leaders for the VM skills
9. Coordinate with manager and window dresser for outfit selection as this is a tool for the store to increase sales, analysis the collection suitability for the market & store
10. Check & Monitor with mgr. if manpower is effectively, organized & allocated by section & by zone for maximizing sales
